INDIVIDUAL BEHAVIOUR PLAN (IBP)
Adam believes that too many IBPs read like a wishlist. As passionate educators, we are already clear on which behaviours are the most difficult to manage. Sometimes we simply lack a structure that focusses on systematically addressing problem behaviours through strengths and better relationships.
This Word version IBP can be used in writing an IBP for any student, while the PDF version provides some user friendly instructions and prompts for making the IBP process work.
