"At very short notice Adam Voigt accepted the position of Deputy Chairperson for 2012 International Conference On Learning And Community Enrichment (ICOLACE) event held in Singapore from 15-18 July. The conference was attended by over forty participants from fifteen countries and Adam played a major role in creating a welcoming environment both within the formal sessions when he chaired a number of presentations and also informally during breaks and social events. Adam's own key note address on the second day of the conference was one of the highlights of the event. His natural gifts of leadership and communication were clearly evident in the engaging way in which he paced and delivered his material. It is very clear that Adam is a man with a message and a mission to use his past experiences within schools to help other educators make their organisations better for the future. "Adam's Leadership Boot Camp really helped us start Term 3 with a team focus . Adam provides a strong message around distributed leadership and taking responsibility as a member of a team.
