The School Culture Transformation package allows your school to test its soil. You will be provided with a skilled and proven School Leader to work in your school for up to four days. During this time: * Leaders will be inspired to critically analyse their leadership thinking and behaviours in a safe and productive environment. * Teachers will contribute to the process and take ownership of the new culture we are creating. * Structured classroom walkthroughs will be conducted to provide a strong evidence base from which to plan impactful action. * A supported action plan for School Culture improvement will be determined collaboratively with a critical friend - and one with a proven track record of success in schools.
